We are seeking a highly driven Sales Agent Recruiter with deep expertise in sales and outbound recruiting to join our fast-paced team in the credit card processing / merchant services industry. This role is ideal for a proactive sourcing professional who thrives on building pipelines through direct outreach, cold calling/emailing, and assertive networking—particularly within the ISO (Independent Sales Organization) and Agent Channel. You will own the sales and recruiting process for ISO Agent Channel related to credit card processing. Responsibilities This is a hands-on position where success is measured by your ability to deliver experience ISO/Agent sign-ups quickly in a competitive industry landscape. Serve as an outbound sales / recruiter / hunter, proactively sourcing and engaging agents through personalized outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, phone calls, and other channels). Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator daily for searches, advanced filtering, pipeline building, InMail campaigns, and relationship nurturing in the merchant services space. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines specifically targeting professionals in the credit card processing, merchant acquiring, payments, and fintech sectors. Partner closely sales and leadership team to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies tailored to the ISO/agent channel dynamics. Screen agents, conduct initial phone/video screenings, assess agent fit for high-performance sales environments, and sign them up. Stay current on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and talent movement within the payments/merchant services sector to inform proactive sales and recruiting efforts. Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeted at the ISO/agent community to enhance our appeal to top talent. Qualifications 2 years of sales or recruiting experience in credit card processing or ISO/Agent Channel environment. 2 years of hands-on experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator (advanced search techniques, InMail strategy, pipeline management). Proven track record as an outbound-focused / hunter-style sales and recruiting — comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and direct candidate engagement (no reliance on inbound applications alone). Must have experience in credit card processing, merchant services, payments industry, or closely related fintech sectors. Familiarity with the ISO/agent channel, including sales and recruiting for roles involving independent sales agents, ISOs, residual-based sales professionals, and merchant acquiring/sales teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level and passive candidates effectively. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
