National Manager to Drive Meta’s Field & Merchandising Excellence!
The National Manager, Meta leads the execution of all merchandising
and field?operations strategies for Meta?dedicated representatives
across the United States. This role manages nationwide deployment
of program initiatives and ensures consistent, high?quality
execution in every market. Responsibilities include overseeing the
full recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling lifecycle for
Meta Merchandising Representatives across all regions. Reporting to
the Meta Program Manager, the National Manager partners closely
with Meta Client Services leadership and cross?functional client
teams to uphold a unified standard of excellence. The role also
analyzes national business performance, identifies operational
trends, drives process improvements, and delivers Key Performance
Indicators at a national level. This leader is accountable for
inspiring, developing, and guiding their team in alignment with
ActionLink’s core values: Passion, Respect, Humility,
Collaboration, and Excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead
nationwide execution of all ActionLink project strategies for Meta,
ensuring consistent compliance and achievement of all Key
Performance Indicators. Oversee national recruiting, hiring,
onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for all Meta
Merchandising Representatives, including recognition,
accountability, and corrective action. Provide in?field and virtual
training, coaching, and development to regional leaders and field
teams. Communicate program directives, updates, and expectations
clearly and consistently across all regions. Build strong
relationships with field teams, retail leadership, and Meta
stakeholders to support program success. Analyze national field
data, identify trends, recommend process improvements, and ensure
accuracy of all field call reports. Adhere to ActionLink travel and
expense policies and perform additional duties as assigned by the
Account Director. What We Offer: Competitive salary range of

Travel expense reimbursements Position Qualifications: Some college
preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience,
preferably in national or multi?region field leadership. Strong
understanding of retail operations, merchandising execution, and
consumer?tech products, with proven experience leading field teams
across multiple markets. Demonstrated ability to build effective
business relationships, communicate clearly, and influence adoption
of program initiatives at all organizational levels. Skilled in
coaching, developing, and performance?managing large, distributed
field teams. Highly organized with strong time?management
abilities, professionalism, and an executive presence in all
interactions. Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible
schedule. Working Environment and Physical Requirements: This role
operates in a blend of home office, national travel, and retail
store environments. Reliable high?speed internet and phone access
are required. Travel may be up to 25% locally by vehicle and
nationally by plane, as needed. Maintain a valid driver’s license
and meet ActionLink’s corporate insurance requirements for rental
vehicles. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of up to
eight (8) hours. Use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and
standard office equipment. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. We are
