you'll be the guardian of client success, mastering portfolio
management, anticipating needs before they arise, and uncovering
hidden growth opportunities that turn satisfied clients into raving
fans. What will I be doing as an Entry Level Client Account
Manager? Onboard and support new Frontier clients, guiding them
through initial setup and ensuring a seamless transition post-sale.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of
clients, proactively checking in to gauge satisfaction and
anticipate future needs. Handle a variety of client inquiries on
Frontier services, billing, account changes, and technical support,
delivering precise information and prompt solutions. Identify
opportunities for service upgrades or cross-selling additional
Frontier products that align with client requirements. Address
client concerns with care and accuracy, escalating complex
technical or billing issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring
timely resolution. Inform clients about Frontier’s features and
benefits, helping them optimize their service and explore new
connectivity options. Keep detailed records of client interactions,
communications, and account activities in the CRM to ensure a
complete history and smooth follow-up. Collaborate
cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and operations
teams to ensure a unified approach to client service and
problem-solving.
