Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to spearhead our
North America operations. This role is ideal for a strategic,
hands-on executive with deep experience in the life science
instrumentation or lab automation industry, a strong track record
of driving revenue growth, and the ability to navigate both U.S.
and Asia Pacific business environments. Client Details Our client
is a pioneering science and technology innovator specialising in
artificial intelligence and automation. We are dedicated to
delivering next-generation digital productivity tools for frontiers
industries encompassing life sciences, healthcare, applied
chemistry, and advanced manufacturing. Description Strategic Sales
Leadership Define and execute the commercial strategy for North
American key accounts. Translate annual revenue goals into
actionable sales plans and optimize resource allocation in
real-time. Enterprise Business Development Lead engagement with
top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostics clients. Drive
long-term customer value through complex deal negotiations and
strategic framework agreements. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Track U.S. policy developments, competitive trends, and emerging
technologies in the research and clinical automation space.
Generate strategic market analysis to inform product roadmap and
commercial positioning. Commercial Operations & Cross-Functional
Collaboration Align cross-functional teams across marketing, supply
chain, and customer success to support high-impact commercial
initiatives. Oversee planning and execution of trade shows,
industry conferences, and academic engagements. Client Success &
Brand Development Establish systems to monitor and improve customer
satisfaction. Drive service excellence and increase the company's
visibility and influence across the North America life science
market. Team Building & Leadership Build and lead a high-performing
commercial team in North America. Establish operational frameworks
and drive alignment across global teams, cross North America, APAC

successful General Manager should have: Advanced education degree
in Bio-medical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA
or PhD education experience is a plus. At least 10 years of
experience in life science instrumentation or lab automation, with
at least 5 years in commercial leadership roles. Proven success
managing $10million revenue portfolios and complex sales cycles.
Strong industry network among leading North America, Europe
pharmaceutical companies, Contract Research outsoucing , academic
labs, and research institutions. Deep understanding of regulatory
frameworks (e.g., FDA) and enterprise Business-to-business deal
structures. Native-level Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent
English are required. Comfortable with high-frequency travel and
managing cross-border, cross-time-zone meetings. Job Offer
Competitive salary range: $2700000 - $400000 annually.
