A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer calls regarding fiber-optic internet
service, including billing and technical support inquiries
Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure high customer
satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Document customer interactions and assist with account management
and technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
1 year of call center experience is required
1 year of sales or upselling experience is required
Must have reliable, high-speed internet with a wired ethernet
connection
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
