Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Auditor responsible for
auditing and tracking support for the Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Complete weekly report cards for Inside Sales and Agent Hotline
Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members,
prospective members, and agents
Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and
findings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related
field preferred
2+ years of experience in a call center environment required
Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and
service required
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required; must obtain Medicare
producer license within 90 days of employment
Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred
