Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative II to
manage patient registration and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with patients during the registration process to ensure a
positive experience
Accurately obtain and enter demographic, financial, and medical
information into the electronic health system
Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and
assist with referrals and paperwork related to patient care
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of related customer experience, preferably in
healthcare required
Experience in scheduling or pre-registering patients is
preferred
Prior call center experience may be considered
