Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to shape
customer-focused strategies through data-driven discoveries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics for acquisition, monitoring funnel performance and
identifying growth opportunities
Investigate and resolve performance issues through root cause
analysis and solution implementation
Manage and enhance marketing data pipelines and drive strategic
marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization
(Looker preferred)
Proficient in SQL; experience with LookML is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Segment
Experience using data-driven insights to inform strategy in
subscription-based or SaaS models
