Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Center Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage MVS zSeries and VM/VSE environments to meet
service levels
Document incidents and escalate issues impacting service
delivery
Ensure system maintenance, backups, and operational changes are
performed and documented properly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of related experience,
or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work
experience
8+ years of experience in IT and system monitoring
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Knowledge of mainframe systems (TSO, SDSF, TMS, QuickRef) and
server scripts
Ability to represent the company professionally to clients
