Key Responsibilities
Develops benefits strategy aligned with organizational goals and
compliance requirements
Analyzes trends and costs to implement recommendations for benefits
programs
Manages vendor relationships, including contract reviews and
performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related
discipline
7+ years of experience in benefits management
Experience with retirement programs
Knowledge of regulatory changes affecting benefits
Ability to develop communication strategies for benefit
programs
