Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Professional
Billing - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and support the Maestro Care EHR across
service access and revenue cycle workflows
Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to execute deployment
tasks and support identified EHR users
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to assist with incoming
support requests and improve operational staff knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field, or four
years of equivalent technical experience
Epic proficiency in application support required within the defined
timeline
Minimum of one year of related experience for Level 1, three years
for Level 2, and five years for Level 3, with a focus on revenue
cycle operations
North Carolina licensure or certification in a related clinical
discipline may be required
Epic certification or proficiency in Epic PB is required for Level
3
