    • Build and lead a fully engaged, high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives and culture
    • Ensure project and departmental goals are met within approved budgets
    • Enforce club rules and policies, ensuring proper procedures are followed
    • Manage staffing through application reviews, interviews, and hiring recommendations
    • Drive membership sales and revenue generation
    • Develop and monitor metrics related to employee retention and satisfaction
    • Train staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes
    • Coach employees and foster a positive work environment
    • Conduct weekly performance meetings with direct reports to review goals and provide guidanceMinimum Qualifications
      • Strong business judgment and analytical skills
      • Effective communication and listening skills
      • Delegation and follow-up abilities
      • Excellent planning and organizational skills
      • Ability to create a positive environment and demonstrate leadership qualities

      • Resourcefulness in improving operations
      • College degree preferred
