Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Production Manager -
Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for employees through internal ticketing,
calls, emails, and video conferences for system-related issues
Offer hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other
systems to assist branch staff
Manage the Loan Support Queue, ensuring timely resolution of
requests and collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations
environment
2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS
Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems
preferred
Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes and
regulations
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA loan programs
