Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Compensation Analyst to
work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Review long-term incentive compensation plan data from compensation
surveys
Analyze company proxy statements and plan documents related to
long-term incentive plans
Ensure data accuracy and communicate with clients to resolve
discrepancies
Qualifications:
Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or
compensation-related work
Entry-level candidates are welcome
Proficiency in mathematics and long-term incentive data analysis is
a plus
Detail-oriented with strong PC skills, especially in database
management
Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment
