Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director - Molecule Lead,
Ophthalmology in the Client Delivery Unit (Clinical Trials) - NA
Remote Based.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical drug
development projects in ophthalmology
Engage with client leadership and drive delivery through innovative
solutions and operational strategies
Oversee project performance, manage resources, and ensure timely
delivery of milestones and deliverables
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent health care training
15+ years of clinical trials experience, with at least 4 years in
clinical program leadership
Experience in developing and managing budgets and resources in a
clinical setting
Clinical drug development expertise, particularly in
ophthalmology
Proven track record of project delivery in large accounts and
partnerships
