Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementations Services Associate
to support customer onboarding and implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned
customer accounts
Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications
to meet their objectives
Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of
implementations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture,
or SaaS Implementation
Intermediate technical knowledge of Excel or similar products
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
simultaneously
Highly motivated and passionate about technology and customer
success
Desire to learn and understand customer problems to effectively
communicate solutions
