Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Retention Strategist,
Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support Lifecycle Marketing Strategists with the execution of
email, SMS, and referral campaigns
Write strategic briefs for campaigns and manage ESP systems for
data flow and campaign setup
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely asset
delivery and manage campaign calendars
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing
production
Working knowledge of ESPs such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar
platforms
Strong project management skills with a disciplined and
detail-oriented approach
Proactive and accountable with a commitment to delivering
high-quality work
Willingness to embrace feedback and seek growth opportunities in
lifecycle marketing
