Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Access - Central Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and
procedures
Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone interactions
Input patient data accurately and validate insurance
information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle
experience
Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center
experience
Must pass the ALTA Language Services Qualified Bilingual Staff
Assessment (QBS)
