Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on Revenue Cycle processes and
assist in developing training materials for new hires
Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational
functions and processes, preparing reports for management
Identify and implement opportunities for procedural improvements to
enhance efficiency and maximize revenue
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of related experience and/or an Associate or Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related
experience
Proficiency in MS Excel; Access knowledge is preferred
Knowledge of revenue cycle practices, with healthcare experience
considered a valuable asset
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
effectively
