Oversee successful deployment and adoption of the Workday solution
for assigned customers
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer value and
satisfaction
Develop and maintain executive relationships and strategic account
plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in deploying large Cloud SaaS ERP
solutions
2+ years of direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance
software as an implementation leader
8+ years of experience in developing C-level relationships
Proven ability to manage multiple customer demands while balancing
satisfaction and profitability
Dedication to continuous improvement in customer service
