Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to
process various Accounts Payable transactions and manage vendor
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile vendor statements quarterly and maintain accurate records
for accruals
Analyze vendor discrepancies and communicate findings
effectively
Prepare monthly portfolio scrubs and address outstanding issues
related to accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in vendor and/or account reconciliation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Familiarity with complete A/P cycle processes is preferred
