Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Closer who will play a vital
role in the loan manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit mortgage loan files for compliance and manage a daily
pipeline while adhering to deadlines
Review closing packages and coordinate funding authorization with
title companies
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth
communication between departments and title companies
Required Qualifications:
2-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience
5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience
Experience closing 60+ loans monthly
Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA
programs
Encompass experience is required
