Job Description:
A company is looking for a HTM Procurement Specialist in
Clinical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service requests and inquiries through the CMMS
work order system
Process HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders and ensure
compliance with supplier policies
Enter invoices into the AP system and reconcile them with purchase
orders and receipts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED
Five or more years of experience in a healthcare office
environment
Familiarity with basic medical equipment terminology
Proficiency in using CMMS work order systems and invoicing
applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
setting
