Job Description:
A company is looking for a Biller/Collector I for a remote
position.
Key Responsibilities
Collects payments from patients and insurance companies for
delinquent accounts
Initiates outbound calls to arrange payment solutions for
delinquent accounts
Ensures accurate and complete billing processes
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in hospital collections
Experience with California hospital billing and knowledge of state
laws
Proficiency in EPIC and payer portals
Experience with Excel and Office applications
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
