Job Description:
The Supply & Inventory Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end management of raw materials and finished goods across
multiple warehouses and vendors. This role will ensure the right
products are in the right place at the right time, balancing demand
with inventory health, minimizing stockouts, and reducing excess
inventory. Client Details My client is fast-growing personal care

and beautifully designed products. As our product line and
distribution channels expand, we're looking for a sharp and
organized Supply & Inventory Manager to take ownership of our
supply planning and inventory operations to support both retail and
DTC growth. Description Supply & Inventory Manager for a personal
care brand Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day inventory planning,
purchasing, and replenishment across suppliers, 3PLs, and retail
accounts. Forecast demand based on sales trends, marketing
initiatives, and product launches, ensuring appropriate inventory
coverage. Coordinate with contract manufacturers to manage lead
times, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Maintain
accurate inventory records across all channels and locations (e.g.,
3PLs, Amazon, in-house storage). Analyze and optimize stock levels
to minimize carrying costs while preventing out-of-stocks. Identify
and resolve inventory discrepancies and track root causes of
variances. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers,
co-packers, and logistics providers. Partner with Sales, Marketing,
and Ops to align inventory availability with demand planning and
promotional calendars. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to
track KPIs like inventory turns, OTIF, and fill rates. Profile
Supply & Inventory Manager Manager Qualifications: 4-7 years of
experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or
operations-preferably in personal care, beauty, or CPG. Strong
working knowledge of inventory planning systems and tools (e.g.,
NetSuite, DEAR, ShipHero, Excel/Sheets). Experience working with
3PLs and contract manufacturers. Exceptional attention to detail,
organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate
numbers into actionable insights. Excellent communication and
cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply
Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Not for New York City
