Recruiting is representing a premier Southern California boutique
dedicated exclusively to high-stakes family law litigation. This
firm has spent over two decades perfecting a "trial-ready" culture,
and we are looking for a Senior Litigator to lead an autonomous pod
in the heart of Orange County. The "Pod" Advantage In this role,
you won't be an island. You will lead a dedicated unit consisting
of an Associate, a Paralegal, and a Legal Assistant. This structure
is designed to strip away administrative noise so you can focus on
high-level advocacy: The Strategy: Take the lead on complex estates
involving business valuations and forensic accounting for
high-net-worth individuals. The Courtroom: Appear in Orange and
Santa Ana courts 2–3 times per week to litigate cases to verdict.
The Leadership: Mentor your associate and shape the legal roadmap
for multi-million dollar disputes without the burden of business
development or client origination. The Essentials Experience: 8
years of Family Law litigation (will consider 5 for exceptional,
trial-ready talent). Courtroom Confidence: You must be a veteran in
the well of the court, comfortable with trials and evidentiary
hearings. Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 Base Performance
Bonuses & Origination Referrals. Structure: Approximately 1,750
billable target with a hybrid schedule (in-office presence
