Responsibilities: Defending employers in complex class, collective
and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff
wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits;
advising employers on varied employment issues; and conducting
workplace investigations and trainings Is your background a fit?
