This role is pivotal in enhancing our service delivery by providing essential support to our healthcare professionals, facilitating the use of our cutting-edge data solutions. As a Clinical Support Technician, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining clinical data systems that support patient care, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of critical health information. Assist in the setup and maintenance of clinical databases and patient information systems. Support healthcare professionals in the effective use of clinical data applications, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Regularly perform data integrity audits and compliance checks to ensure all systems meet industry regulations. Provide on-site and remote technical support for clinical staff encountering system issues. Participate in the training of staff on new technology deployments and updates. Collaborate with IT specialists to implement data encryption and security measures. Document technical procedures and create user manuals specific to clinical applications. Proficiency in clinical database software and patient management systems. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Ability to train non-technical staff on complex systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification in Health Information Systems, such as the Certified Health Informatics Systems Professional (CHISP) is highly desirable. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are advantageous.
