A company is looking for an Associate Software Engineering
Manager to lead and mentor teams of Software Engineers while
fostering a nurturing environment for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and support the unique needs of team members,
considering their skills and motivations
Mentor Software Engineers to help shape their career paths and
achieve their objectives
Collaborate with other leaders to streamline operations and align
with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in agile software delivery teams
Experience developing software compliant with regulations like PCI
DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to work
cross-functionally
