We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our help desk team that thrives on immediately addressing customers' needs and provide IT support. A successful candidate must be self-motivated and can quickly complete multiple tasks. Experience in the ATM and cash management industry and help desk/IT support is a plus.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!Why You'll Love This Role:As a Technical Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of our help desk (IT support) and aid our customers and partners in resolving their ATM mechanical and software issues. You will work closely with our customers and help desk/ IT technicians and will enable you to showcase your ability to listen, anticipate and resolve customer needs. In doing so, you will ultimately help our company deliver world-class support, foster trust to our customers and partners and help you grow within the company.What your day will look like: Responsible for in-bound calls from customers, merchants, and vendors Problem-solving abilities and research skills to troubleshoot technical issues Monitor queues and assist with daily department goals Conduct quality control to reduce errors and improve customer service Work in the repair lab to test/troubleshoot and fix ATM parts such as keypads, dispensers, cassettes, etc. NationalLink will provide the required training to perform these tasks.What will make you stand out: Excellent communication skills required, as well as a high level of patience, understanding, and tact Must be able to maintain a positive image when interacting with customers We highly value the ability to work well in a team-setting Technical and mechanical knowledge and ability to work with electronic machinery Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteWhy you want to work here: We believe in developing every employee to their utmost potential and offer a growth path.
