Key Responsibilities

first-contact resolution or appropriate escalation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of global and regional HR policies
and processes
Required Qualifications
General HR or HR Shared Services experience
Experience in handling US benefits inquiries
Capability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced
environment
Knowledge of Workday
Proficient understanding of leave policies and SLA adherence
