Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Analyst to support
compliance initiatives within an outpatient health network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop facility-specific HR policies and procedures aligned with
compliance standards
Conduct Form I-9 audits and support vendor transitions and process
enhancements
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to establish a modernized HR
compliance program
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree required
Experience in building or contributing to HR compliance
programs
Understanding of federal employment law and compliance trends
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Organized and resourceful; SHRM certification is ideal but not
required
