Lead full-cycle hiring for engineering and technical roles
Proactively source candidates and build strong relationships with

Champion an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate
ATS records
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years
in-house
Proven track record in hiring for technical roles, especially
software engineers
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up environment
Strong creative sourcing skills and data-driven mindset
Ability to juggle priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced
setting
