Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Team Leader to oversee cases
and manage a team of Eligibility & Application Support
Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 3-4 people, including hiring and training
Evaluate cases and develop customized eligibility planning
strategies for clients
Conduct performance reviews and address any disciplinary issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with people management
experience
Working knowledge of long-term Medicaid and eligibility rules
Experience with financial data analysis and spreadsheet
calculations
Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and PDF
editing software
