Psychiatrist (Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry /
Clinical Research) - OPEN TO NEW GRADS!
- Location: Orange County, CA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options
- Compensation range: Base salary
$325,000 PLUS potential total compensation of up to
$541,000 - based on clinical productivity, patient care,
and supervision activities.

About:

and evidence-based psychiatric care to diverse and underserved
communities. You ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary
outpatient setting alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants, and therapists, with a strong focus on
continuity of care, patient outcomes, and meaningful community
impact, offering both in-person and telehealth services.
Requirements :
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
- Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively
- Preferred experience or interest in Addiction
Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional
Psychiatry
Overview of Responsibilities - Psychiatrist
(Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry)
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication
management (in-person and telehealth)
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an
interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
- Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research
opportunities
- Provide crisis support as needed and engage community
resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
