Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Torrance,
California, 90503! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years preferred License:
Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced,
BLS, NRP Must-Have: Precepting skills preferred. Ability to support
AM shift. Flexibility to work weekends. Willingness to float
between units. Description: The position requires a strong
caregiver who can support the AM shift. Candidates should have a
minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Flexibility
in scheduling is essential, including the possibility of floating
to other related units. Precepting experience is preferred, as
those with previous precepting experience may integrate more
effectively into the team's pace. Ideal candidates should be
familiar with AWHONN standards and have skills in telemetry
interpretation, circulating for C-sections, and newborn care. The
patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, and
adults, with a daily census of approximately 210-240 births per
month. Labor patients may present with various conditions,
including hypertensive disorders and diabetes. Special procedures
may involve circulating and recovering C-sections, as well as
performing postpartum D&C procedures. Candidates will be
expected to manage patient ratios with a focus on high-quality
care. Communication devices needed for the role will be provided at
