This role requires a strong clinical background in emergency nursing and the ability to deliver high-quality care in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Assess and triage patients based on medical need and urgency. Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
