Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility
for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role involves the
supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The
role is accountable for supporting the facility's Chief Nursing
Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Additionally, the role requires competency of clinical staff and
appropriate resource management related to patient care.
