offers an opportunity to provide essential occupational therapy
services to students in a K-12 school setting in Lakewood, OH. The
role is part-time, ideal for professionals seeking to support a
diverse caseload while maintaining a flexible schedule. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 25 students across kindergarten through
12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each students specific needs. Collaborate with
educators, families, and other service providers to optimize
student outcomes. Accurately complete documentation to support
Medicaid billing and compliance. Maintain adherence to state
licensure requirements and school district policies.
Qualifications: Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in
Ohio. Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students
preferred. Ability to bill Medicaid efficiently and accurately.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
with educational teams. Commitment to start in March and continue
through the remainder of the academic year. Location and Schedule:
Position is based in Lakewood, Ohio. Part-time, 2.5 days per week,
totaling 18.75 hours weekly. Contract position covering a leave
