As a growing and dynamic company, we are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in La Verne, CA. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on the proper use of their medications, managing pharmacy inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and overseeing the work of pharmacy technicians. Qualifications Pharmacy qualifications: A valid Pharmacist license in the state of California and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Customer service and communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and organizational skills: Ability to manage pharmacy inventory and ensure accurate dispensing of medications. Regulatory compliance knowledge: Understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations to ensure the pharmacy operates within legal requirements. Problem-solving skills and teamwork: Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to optimize patient care. Experience in the pharmacy industry is required.
