Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatrist - Utilization Review -
Remote (1099 Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Review prior authorizations for treatment based on accepted medical
guidelines and provide unbiased assessments
Ensure compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
Work flexible hours, completing most cases in 30-60 minutes
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Current unencumbered medical license in Minnesota
Current Board Certification in Psychiatry
Five years of clinical experience post-residency
Daytime availability for peer-to-peer conversations
