Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Record Reviewer (RN) - Home Health Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Reviews and interprets patient records to assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
Consults with providers and management to ensure consistency in clinical criteria application
Provides concurrent medical record review and facilitates corrective actions for documentation deficiencies

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for hospice coverage
RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania upon hire
