Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Biller - Medi-Cal (California
Medicaid).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate business office functions including patient billing,
credit and collections, and data entry
Implement procedures for billing, collections, and follow-up on
third-party approvals
Assist in managing employees, including coaching and training,
while maintaining quality customer service
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of hospital billing experience, including Medi-Cal
experience
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in managing and training staff
Strong organizational and time-management skills
