Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in customer support management, preferably
with outsourced teams
Proven track record of managing customer service KPIs and driving
performance improvements
Experience with support tools and CRM platforms, with a preference
for Zendesk
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
present actionable insights
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence
and continuous improvement
