Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Health Plan Quality
Interventions with an RN license.
Key Responsibilities
Plans and implements quality interventions that comply with state
and federal regulations
Develops targeted interventions to enhance performance through
member and provider outreach
Serves as the operations lead for quality improvement
interventions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN License
5+ years of experience in managed healthcare, including 2 years in
health plan quality improvement
2+ years of management experience leading a healthcare quality
team
Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, Public Health, or
Healthcare is preferred
