Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Director to lead and develop a
team to carry out its mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ
and helping them grow in their faith.
Key Responsibilities
Lead spiritual development and ensure all ministry activities are
prayer-centered
Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers while casting
vision for community engagement
Manage fundraising efforts and public relations to support the
ministry's vision and budget
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree preferred
Completion of Core Training Phase One
Proven leadership and relational skills with both kids and
adults
A commitment to reach kids with the Gospel
Participation in ongoing training and personal development
opportunities
