Key Responsibilities
Structure and manage support for North American customers with
clear prioritization and objectives
Lead the support team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
and monitor performance against SLAs
Coordinate communication between the support team and internal
stakeholders while acting as a customer-facing subject matter
expert
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer-facing support within digital
marketing or SaaS companies
5+ years of experience managing a customer support team
A customer-oriented approach with a data-driven mindset
Ability to establish strong relationships with various
stakeholders, including technical and senior management
Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex
problems
