Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Manager, Risk
Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage policy, strategy, and operations surrounding underwriting,
delinquency, and collection initiatives
Develop partnerships with sales, operations, and product management
teams for timely onboarding and underwriting processes
Identify and execute initiatives aimed at reducing enterprise risk
while enhancing customer experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading Risk Management teams in a
high-growth payments or fintech company
Functional experience in underwriting and managing portfolios of
small-to-medium sized businesses in lending or card space
Experience developing and updating policy in response to changing
business conditions
Familiarity with common business underwriting and risk analysis
tools
Ability to execute high-level objectives into detailed and
prioritized plans
