Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Response Engagement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Scope and manage incident response engagements, ensuring
high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Generate and revise necessary documentation such as Statements of
Work and Service Agreements
Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources and provide
regular updates to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of project management, technical customer
service, or related experience
General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating high-level
customer service in time-sensitive situations
Familiarity with various operating systems and common digital
artifacts
Understanding of cyber-attack types and trends
