Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Risk Management Data
Analytics and Technology in the Medical Professional Liability
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Risk Management Data Analytics team,
establishing goals and priorities
Lead systems and data project assessments, implementations, and
improvements across departments
Collaborate with regional leaders to develop the department's
annual operating plan and budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
Ten plus years of progressive experience in healthcare, risk
management, or related fields, including three years of supervisory
experience
CPHRM certification preferred
Experience in risk management, clinical compliance, and patient
safety required
Knowledge of advanced reporting systems or data warehouse
technologies required
